huelsman-kelseyKelsey earned a BS in Environmental Science at the University of Virginia, where she also minored in sociology. She then earned a Virginia teaching license in secondary education in Mathematics as well as Earth and Space Science through Shenandoah University. She taught high school mathematics in Loudoun County for two years. Kelsey is excited to return to the University to pursue her MS degree under Dr. Howard Epstein. Her research at the Blandy Experimental Farm will focus on terrestrial ecology.
