	SMITH, David, Professor, Associate Department Chair and Chair of Development Clk 118 (inside 111), 982-3058, des3e@virginia.edu     Dave will be your contact if you need approval for departmental purchases and for questions on space allocation or other departmental issues.

	LIPSCOMB, Grace, Grants Administrator Clk 114 (inside 111), 924-1495, glc3a@virginia.edu     Grace will assist you with any questions regarding research grants or your grant funding. She also approves expense and travel reimbursements, and handles visa questions.

	WRISTON, Charlotta, Departmental Buyer Clk G-062, 924-0575, caw6e@virginia.edu     Charlotta is the departmental buyer and will assist you with all orders for research, class or lab supplies. Charlotta issues all purchase orders (POs >$5000) and handles receiving, as well as all special orders, ETF, Dept equipment inventorys, and other Property Accounting issues. If you have questions regarding orders please contact Charlotta first.
	HOOVER, Pam, Receptionist and Assistant Buyer Clk 111, 924-7761, pmh5w@virginia.edu     Pam is your first contact when you have questions regarding the department. She oversees dept mail, fed express, and UPS, as well as overseeing the Dept.'s A.V. equipment and dealing with any building problems brought to her attention (i.e., Facilities Management issues). She also assists the Dept buyer and is in charge of all LPOs (<$5000) and placing LPO orders.
	WILLIAMSON, Gerald, Machine Shop Supervisor 563 Edgemont Rd, 982-4956, gww9g@virginia.edu     Gerald supervises construction and fabrication for department research projects.
